Originals

Another original from Apology Rejected. This is not the type of song we ever imagined creating, but it just showed up nearly complete right out of the blue a...
This is one of our very first originals and one of our favorites. It has evolved quite a bit over the years from straight up rock to something with layers that builds up slowly into one of our most aggressive tunes. Visit our website: https://www.apologyrejected.com
This is a previously released original of ours that we re-recorded with our good friend TJ Hadden on Lead Guitar. It is a song about appreciating life and the wonder of how it all came to be the way that it is. Find this and some of our other originals on your favorite music streaming service.

This is a newer recording one of our favorite originals with origins going back to even before Apology Rejected. This song is about realizing that we not only have the external reality that we live in with our senses, but we have an internal one that is perceived through our heart, mind, and soul. We want to remind ourselves to "see" reality from our internal perspective before taking the external one at face value. Hope you enjoy.

Updated video and audio for 'Some Will Live', an original by Apology Rejected. This song is for those that have lost some one dear. It is dedicated to Patric...
This one is called 'This Light'. It started with a bass line from Jones, and then some lyrics from me, and then some inspired beats from Erik. This is one of our personal favorites and we only wish we could take it to a studio and make is sound as big as it does live and in person, but hopefully you get the idea from this recent garage session recording.
This is an old original that we loved so much we felt we needed to polish it up and send it out again. Take a trip with us into the unknown ;) Find this and some of our other originals on your favorite music streaming service. Visit our website: https://www.apologyrejected.com

Covers

This is a cover of a song that some of you may never have heard, but we love it. It is by an artist named Trevor Hall and it is called Strength in One. Time ...
This song is called 'The Maker' and is a cover of a cover of sorts. We originally heard Dave Matthews cover this, but the song is written by Daniel Lanois. This song is a bit of a departure from what we typically like cover, but we really enjoyed converting it to a rock song.
A cover of a song that many people have heard (and either love or hate), and once again we have done it our way. We have gone so far to take some liberty with how the song ends, so you will have to see it through to catch it.
This is a cover of Release by Pearl Jam. Pearl Jam may be the most influential band for all of us. I still remember holding my new copy of the Ten album and then being absolutely blown away after my first listen. This is the final track off that album.
I think just about anyone that has ever been in a rock band, or even just learned to play the guitar has had to cover this song at least once.
Another cover of an iconic rock song about rock n roll by Mr. Neil Young. Rock n Roll will never die!
A cover of a not so well known song by Dave Matthews Band named Big Eyed Fish. As usual, we do it our way... This was a favorite of my Mother's, and as the video depicts the song laments in what appears to be the folly of trying to be something that it would seem you cannot be.
A cover of "Crazy" by Gnarls Barkley, but I bet you have not heard it done like this. At practice we talk about what a song means to us and when we play it we all like to keep a "movie" running in our heads to help bring the band together and create the right energy for the song.
Covering Dylan one more time here with another all time classic. Went a little "cowboy" with this one...just showed up this way one day and we happened to be recording...Make sure you hang around long enough with this one to here Erik go completely "Apology Rejected style" on this before it ends and totally pull it off.
